Our vision is a connected community where everyone can thrive. By listening to local voices, empowering volunteers, and creating opportunities to bring people together, Sedgemoor can become a place where no one feels isolated, and every person has the chance to contribute and belong.
Our Priorities
Our work is guided by the issues local people have told us matter most. This means supporting families, parents and carers, creating safe spaces for neurodivergent adults, encouraging intergenerational activities, tackling digital exclusion, and addressing challenges such as isolation, loneliness, and the rising cost of living. We are always open to collaboration and new ideas, ensuring our priorities stay rooted in the real needs of the community.
