We are delighted to share some exciting news – Sedgemoor Community Connector CIC has officially collected the keys to our new Community Hub at Angel Place, Bridgwater.
This is a significant milestone for our organisation and marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Having a permanent base will allow us to expand our activities, strengthen community connections and create a welcoming space where people can come together to learn, socialise, access support and develop new skills.
The journey to this point has involved many months of planning, negotiations, paperwork and preparation, and we would like to thank everyone who has supported us along the way.
While receiving the keys is a major achievement, we know that this is only the beginning. Over the coming weeks we will be busy transforming the space into a vibrant community hub. There is furniture to move, a kitchen to install, rooms to prepare and plenty of hard work ahead.
We are incredibly excited about the opportunities this new space will create for local people and organisations. Our vision is to develop a hub that is welcoming, inclusive and responsive to the needs of the community.
